REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We're thrilled you support what we do, but we understand that sometimes you may just need to return something. That's ok, we have a 30 day return policy to cover you if you're unhappy for any reason.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we're no longer able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible within that time, your item must be unused/unopened, in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Items received without prior arrangement will not be considered for refunds or exchange.
*If your item arrived damaged or unusable, you must let us know within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Damaged items reported after this time will not be considered for refund or exchange unfortunately. Please read the 'Exchanges & Damaged Items' section below for more information.
After first contacting us to arrange a return and shipping your item back to us after approval, we will send you an email to notify you when we have received and inspected it. We will also further notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund amount.
Please note: We do not offer any refunds for shipping or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the custom fees that your government may charge on entry to your country.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Any non-regular priced items purchased on sale (including via gift cards/discounts codes, value bundles and promotional offers) are not eligible for refunds.
We hate seeing our products damaged, especially if they've arrived to you that way. There's nothing worse. If you receive any item that is considered damaged, unusable or defective, let us know immediately (within 5 days) and we will gladly exchange it for another. Any damages reported after 5 days will not be considered for refunds or exchange. We may also ask you to supply detailed pictures to assist us in making damage claims.
A note on exchanges:
* Limited editions and rare items; exchanges are subject to availability.
* Uncut sheets; While every precaution is taken to protect uncut sheets, they may show minor scuffs, creases or scratches on their extreme edges. These small blemishes are often unavoidable but are easily hidden when framed. In these cases, we do not accept returns for uncut sheets. However, if the damage makes it unusable, we will gladly replace it.
SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS BACK
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a refund, the cost of your return shipping will not be included in your refund.
Customers assume full responsibility for all items until they're delivered to us. Wherever possible, especially if you are shipping an item over $75 or overseas, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can only begin the returns process on receipt and inspection of it.
In the case of exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
